A note about wireless mesh

Wireless mesh can extend coverage where running Ethernet is impractical, but wireless backhaul shares airtime and can reduce real-world speed and consistency compared with wired access points. Building materials, interference, device capability, Internet service, and node placement also affect results. We recommend mesh only after reviewing the available cable routes and explaining the tradeoff.

Yes. Your Internet provider still delivers the connection. We design the home network behind that connection and, where supported, configure the provider gateway to work cleanly with the new network. Provider equipment and plan requirements vary.

Yes. Every installation includes a walkthrough and documentation. Ongoing troubleshooting, changes, and support are available; any rate or support plan is confirmed before additional work begins.

We commonly build with Ubiquiti UniFi gateways, switches, access points, and cameras, but the assessment determines what fits the project. Precision Home Networks is an independent installer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ubiquiti Inc.

Most whole-home installs finish in a single day. Larger overhauls with structured wiring cleanup can run into a second day - we'll tell you which in your written quote.
